Account Executive
The successful applicant will work to help ensure quality, punctual delivery of work. We are especially keen to hear from applicants who can bring recent experience of frontline political, media, in-house or agency work with them – though this is not essential. You will need to be a good writer, have exceptional attention to detail, be well-organised and capable of managing complex and fast-paced projects. You should be a competent IT user and come equipped with a good knowledge of and passion for politics and media in the UK.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the day-to-day delivery of client work across a range of accounts
- Project management of core elements of client programmes
- Monitoring the media and Parliament
- Producing research and client briefings
- Organising Parliamentary and client events
- Support with office administration
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Educated to degree level (2:1) or equivalent
- Preferably have some experience in Parliament, PR, public affairs, media or a similar environment although this is not essential
- A strong grasp of how the UK political system and media landscape works and a passion for politics
- A highly organised approach, with the ability to prioritise effectively and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent all-round research and communication skills including strong written and analytical skills
- Good initiative as well as the ability to work well as part of a team
- A good understanding of and experience of using social media for campaigning

Salary: £23,000
Account Manager (community engagement)
The candidate will have a background and experience of running community engagement programmes for property clients. They must be adept at running account teams, managing projects and delivering results for clients. The role will work with our Head of Planning across a range of accounts and campaigns helping ensure quality, punctual delivery and oversight of our work.
We are looking for:
- A creative approach to community engagement, with a proven track record in devising and implementing community engagement strategies
- The ability to manage complex and fast paced client programmes
- A strong track record in networking and building good relationships with clients, political contacts and local stakeholders
- Experience of using social media for community engagement and online consultation tools
- A flair for new business taking a leading role in pitching and developing proposals
- Excellent writing and presenting skills
- At least three years’ experience in property and planning with agency experience

Account Director (PR and corporate affairs)
The candidate will have a strong media background and experience of running PR campaigns for corporate clients. They must be adept at running account teams, managing projects and delivering results for clients. The role will work across a range of accounts and campaigns helping ensure quality, punctual delivery and oversight of our work.
We are looking for:
- A creative approach to media relations, with a strong track record in devising and implementing communications strategies
- The ability to manage complex and fast paced client programmes
- A strong track record in networking with good relationships with clients, journalists and media contacts
- A flair for new business taking a leading role in pitching and developing proposals
- Excellent writing and presenting skills
- The ability to manage and mentor junior members of staff
- At least four years’ experience in PR with agency experience

Office Manager
The successful applicant will manage the smooth running of Field’s office in Covent Garden which is a fast paced and busy environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing and maintaining office procedures to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Reception duties – ensure all guests are welcomed and looked after
- Manage relationships with external suppliers
- Organising meetings and managing databases
- Provide support to the finance team
- Support the team with event management, design and other administrative tasks
- Provide EA support to the Chief Executive and Managing Director as required
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- A can do attitude and enthusiasm for the role
- At least three years office management, administrative or assistant experience
- Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Good initiative as well as the ability to work well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
The following attributes are desirable but not essential:
- An interest in politics and the media
- Experience managing basic finance processes using programmes such as Xero
- An interest and experience of using basic design programmes
Please note, given the nature of the role the Office Manager will be office based. Salary is competitive with a generous performance bonus, and will be dependent on experience.
